About the role#
This paid, full-time internship offers a 10-week summer program for students interested in product management within the banking industry. You will gain hands-on experience by working on projects that impact the business while learning core product management principles. The program includes formal training, mentorship, and exposure to senior executives, alongside cohort activities to build your professional network.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to projects that provide direct business impact.
- Gain insight into the product lifecycle, including discovery, planning, and development phases.
- Learn the foundations of customer experience and digital practices.
- Develop product management skills through training and mentorship.
- Participate in cohort strengthening activities with peers.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a target graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
- Ability to start the program on June 7, 2027.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks or deadlines simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work within a multi-discipline team.
- Basic understanding of the product lifecycle and agile methodology.
- Familiarity with Microsoft apps.
- A preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
Location & details#
- Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (requires working from a U.S. Bank location at least three days per week).
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Commitment: Approximately 40 hours per week.
