About the role#
This 10-week paid internship offers hands-on experience in accounting principles and practices. You will join the Finance Rotation Program, focusing on corporate accounting, business line controllership, and operational accounting. The program includes formal training, mentorship, and opportunities to interact with senior executives. You will also participate in cohort activities like volunteer days and workshops.

- Gain experience in diverse accounting roles within the bank.
- Learn how corporate finance supports business strategies.
- Develop business acumen through training and peer networking.
- Participate in cross-functional team projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program with a graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Ability to start the internship on June 7, 2027.
- Basic understanding of financial or accounting terms and concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Coursework or extracurricular experience in Finance, Accounting, or Treasury.
- Flexibility to work within a multi-discipline team.
Location & details#
- Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- Modality: Hybrid (requires working from the office at least three days per week).
- Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
- Term: Summer 2027.
