About the role#
This is a two-year Analyst program within the Fixed Income Loans Sales, Trading & Research division at Truist Securities. The program begins with up to seven weeks of classroom instruction covering capital markets, products, services, accounting, corporate finance, and financial modeling. Following this training, you will join a business group to support senior professionals and gain exposure to various disciplines within the firm. This position is open exclusively to individuals who completed a 2026 Truist internship.
What you'll do#
- Support senior Sales, Trading & Research professionals during your assignments.
- Gain exposure to multiple disciplines within the Sales, Trading & Research groups.
- Work within a team covering a specific sector under the guidance of a senior research analyst.
- Assist in the production and writing of research reports.
- Facilitate trades on behalf of customers as an equity sales trader.
What you'll need#
- Completed BA or BS degree with a scheduled graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Proven analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Must have been a 2026 Truist intern.
- Preferred majors include Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or Statistics.
