About the role#
This position is for 2026 Truist interns only. The Wholesale Credit Delivery - Corporate & Leveraged Finance - Analyst Program is a full-time, two-year commitment focused on the debt capital Truist Securities commits to its corporate clients. The program begins with up to seven weeks of classroom instruction covering capital markets, accounting, corporate finance, and financial modeling. Following this training, you will join a business group to work alongside senior investment banking professionals.
What you'll do#
- Analyze the financial operating performance of companies.
- Evaluate industry trends.
- Identify key risks and mitigants within a client's credit profile.
- Perform cash flow analyses and support credit underwriting.
- Work with Corporate and Investment Bankers, Product Specialists, and Risk Managers to deliver strategic solutions.
What you'll need#
- Must have been a 2026 summer intern at Truist.
- Completed BA/BS degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Mathematics.
- Proven analytical ability, strong attention to detail, and solid leadership skills.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
