About the role#
The 2027 Wholesale Credit Delivery Analyst Program is a full-time opportunity for former 2026 Truist interns to transition into a permanent role. You will join the Commercial Real Estate team, which provides lending and capital solutions to a wide range of clients. The program begins with structured training in accounting, modeling, corporate finance, and underwriting before placement within a specific CRE vertical.
What you'll do#
- Facilitate financial analysis, risk assessment, and credit structure recommendations.
- Perform underwriting and credit administration tasks.
- Assist with underwriting and managing debt capital for clients.
- Work alongside Portfolio Managers, Relationship Managers, and Product Specialists to deliver strategic ideas to the client base.
- Help Portfolio Managers lead credit relationships and monitor portfolio exposure.
What you'll need#
- Completed BA/BS degree with a scheduled graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Must have been a 2026 Truist intern.
- Proven analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Relevant coursework in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
