About the role#
The Student Ambassador role supports the Office of Admissions and University Marketing. You will represent Regis University to prospective students and their families, ensuring they have a positive experience during campus visits and events. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Project Management.
What you'll do#
- Lead campus tours for visitors.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of admissions events.
- Give presentations and participate in student panels.
- Prepare materials for campus visitors.
- Perform outreach to students and families regarding events and updates.
- Support marketing projects, email campaigns, and social media tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment at Regis University in good academic standing.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with diverse populations and group sizes.
- A professional, punctual, and dependable approach to your work.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality regarding student records.
- Positive and proactive customer service behaviors.
Location & details#
- Location: Northwest Denver Campus, Denver, Colorado.
- Work schedule: 5-8 hours per week, with occasional evening and weekend shifts.
- Term: Rolling.
- Compensation: $19.29 per hour.
- Benefits: Eligible for workers' compensation and 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year.
