About the role#
The 2027 Truist Securities Equity Sales, Trading & Research Analyst Program is a full-time, on-site opportunity for individuals graduating between December 2026 and June 2027. This program is open exclusively to 2026 Truist interns. The role begins with up to seven weeks of classroom instruction covering capital markets, accounting, corporate finance, and financial modeling to prepare analysts for their business group assignments.
What you'll do#
Analysts join a specific business group to support senior professionals in Sales, Trading, and Research. You will gain exposure to various disciplines within the investment bank while playing a meaningful role in supporting internal and external clients. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the production and writing of research reports, including investment recommendations.
- Performing data analysis and building or maintaining financial models.
- Participating in conference calls with company management teams or institutional clients.
- Assisting in the distribution of research and providing corporate access to buy-side clients.
What you'll need#
- A completed BA/BS degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Previous experience as a 2026 Truist intern.
- Proven analytical ability and strong attention to detail.
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Majors in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics are preferred.
