About the role#
The Technology, Data, and Operations Internship is a summer program designed to provide a foundation in technology within the financial services industry. You will gain experience across software development, cybersecurity, data, and operations teams. This program focuses on professional development, leadership training, and technical skill building to prepare you for a career in the technology group.
What you'll do#
- Build business acumen and leadership skills through development activities.
- Complete projects and assignments that support departmental and bank goals.
- Collaborate and network with teammates to form professional connections.
- Attend enrichment activities and events with peers and senior leaders.
- Receive ongoing performance coaching and written feedback.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a BA, BS, or advanced degree program at an accredited college or university.
- Preference for majors including Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Graphic Design, Architecture, Human Resources, or Data Science.
- Demonstrated strong academic performance.
- Proven leadership through work experience or on-campus involvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
