About the role#
The 2027 Finance Internship Program at Truist is a full-time, paid summer opportunity based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This program provides participants with rotational experiences across various financial teams, including Corporate Finance and Strategy, Investor Relations, Treasury, and Accounting. You will gain exposure to diverse financial disciplines while developing your technical and analytical skills.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through different financial departments to learn and apply concepts in real-world settings.
- Contribute to financial modeling, strategic planning, and the analysis of key financial statements.
- Complete projects that support department goals and Truist initiatives.
- Build business acumen and leadership skills through participation in development activities and enrichment events.
- Present a Capstone project detailing your contributions and learnings from the internship.
- Collaborate with peers and senior leaders to foster professional connections.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working toward a BA, BS, or advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Your scheduled graduation date is between December 2027 and June 2029.
- You have demonstrated leadership through work experience or campus involvement.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to give presentations.
- You are proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
