About the role#
This program is open exclusively to 2026 Truist interns. It is a full-time, rotational finance program designed to build a pipeline of thinkers who can connect business experiences and drive integrated team collaboration. You will rotate through areas such as Accounting, Reporting and Tax, Corporate Treasury, Enterprise Finance, and Enterprise Change and Controls. Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to secure placement based on performance and business needs.
What you'll do#
- Complete all prescribed training satisfactorily.
- Participate in business rotations by working on projects and daily business activities.
- Perform special assignments outside of the formalized training program.
- Deepen your financial services acumen through a custom curriculum.
- Drive collaboration and integrated thinking within your assigned teams.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a graduation date between May 2026 and June 2027.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Demonstrated leadership through work experience, community involvement, or campus activities.
- Enthusiasm for a career in financial services.
- Willingness to travel.
- Majors in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting.
