About the role#
The Financial Services Enterprise (FSE) Internship is a development program designed to build leadership skills and financial services knowledge. This role is exclusively for individuals who have completed a 2026 Truist internship. You will gain exposure to the Truist organization and culture while supporting corporate goals through specific business unit projects.
What you'll do#
- Build business acumen by participating in all development activities.
- Complete projects that support department and corporate goals.
- Collaborate and network with teammates to form professional connections.
- Present a Capstone project on your contributions and learnings.
- Attend enrichment activities and events with peers and senior leaders.
- Receive ongoing performance coaching and feedback.
What you'll need#
- Completion of a 2026 Truist internship.
- Progress toward a BA, BS, or advanced degree at an accredited university.
- Strong academic performance.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong initiative, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
- Ability to work in a professional team environment and manage multiple projects.
