About the role#
This internship provides early career professionals with hands-on experience in Global Trading. You will join a development track that combines project work, structured learning, and mentorship. The goal is to build commercial, analytical, and leadership skills. High-performing interns are prioritized for return opportunities and full-time roles upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Support the trading business through analytics, risk management, and compliance tasks.
- Contribute to projects that directly address business needs.
- Develop trading opportunities across Crude, Products, Natural Gas, Power, and Freight.
- Perform research as part of your project responsibilities.
- Participate in social events to build relationships with your cohort, recent graduates, and leaders.
What you'll need#
- Strong academic performance in any discipline, with preference for Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Physics, or Statistics.
- Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, C#, or SQL.
- Demonstrated analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine interest in physical commodities and financial markets.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within an international team environment.
