About the role#
The Business & Commercial Internship offers students the opportunity to gain real-world experience while contributing to meaningful projects. Interns work alongside experienced professionals to support key business priorities and explore potential career paths across the organization. This program focuses on professional development through coaching, mentorship, and exposure to various business and commercial operations.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to projects that support business and commercial priorities.
- Gain hands-on experience in areas such as sales, marketing, finance, business development, supply chain, procurement, and strategic planning.
- Participate in facility tours and learn from senior leaders.
- Engage in social events to build relationships with your cohort and professionals across the company.
- Receive dedicated coaching and mentorship throughout the program.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's, master's, or MBA degree program in a business-related discipline.
- Relevant fields of study include Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Operations Management, Accounting, and Statistics.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
