About the role#
The Client Success Analyst Intern provides services to engineering, manufacturing, and product design clients. You will ensure customers successfully use the products they purchase from TriMech. This is a full-time, paid position with a salary of $45,000 per annum.
What you'll do#
- Assist clients with troubleshooting and applying SOLIDWORKS tools to their design, analysis, and manufacturing tasks.
- Engage with customers via email, telephone, and remote desktop to ensure they get the most out of their software.
- Use problem-solving skills to manage and prioritize incoming customer issues.
- Work within SalesForce and the Dassault Systèmes DSxClient and 3DSupport web portals.
- Obtain relevant certifications in SOLIDWORKS and related products.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university engineering program.
- Experience with 3D CAD modeling, specifically SOLIDWORKS.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize your workload.
- Experience in customer service, familiarity with drafting standards, and knowledge of manufacturing terminology are assets.
- A functional understanding of PC hardware, Microsoft Windows, and computer networking is helpful.
