About the role#
The Client Success Analyst Intern provides support to engineering, manufacturing, and product design clients. You will ensure customers successfully use products purchased from TriMech. This is a full-time, paid position lasting between 8 and 16 months.
What you'll do#
- Help clients apply and troubleshoot SOLIDWORKS tools for design, analysis, and manufacturing tasks.
- Engage with customers via telephone, remote desktop, and email to ensure they use SOLIDWORKS and related products effectively.
- Use problem-solving skills to address client needs.
- Set priority levels on customer issues to provide timely responses.
- Obtain relevant certifications in SOLIDWORKS and related products.
- Use Salesforce, the Dassault Systèmes DSxClient, and 3DSupport web portals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university engineering program, specifically Computer Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with 3D CAD modeling.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Skills to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with drafting standards, engineering practices, manufacturing terminology, and processes is an asset.
- A functional understanding of Microsoft Windows, PC hardware, and computer networking is an asset.
- Prior customer service experience is an asset.

- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: $41,000 per annum.
