About the role#
Tractor Supply Company is hiring for an 11-week Accounting Summer Internship program in 2027. This position is based at our Store Support Center in Brentwood, Tennessee. You will work alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in corporate accounting, audit, and finance. This is a full-time, paid, hybrid role.
What you'll do#
- Support account reconciliations, journal entries, and other accounting processes.
- Assist with the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements.
- Support internal audits and financial or operational reviews.
- Help identify opportunities to strengthen processes and mitigate risk.
- Contribute to financial reporting and variance analysis.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to organize information, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in corporate finance and accounting within a retail organization.
