About the role#
Tomorrow’s Talent is seeking a creative intern to help develop visual materials that support our student programs and community outreach. This role offers the chance to gain real-world experience in graphic design, branding, and marketing within a mission-driven organization. You will work on projects that inform and inspire our partners, students, and the local community.
What you'll do#
- Support the creation of branded graphics for flyers, social media, presentations, reports, and event materials.
- Update and format existing design assets to ensure they align with brand guidelines.
- Assist in producing visual content for student programs, workforce readiness trainings, and community events.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project goals and specific design requirements.
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, photos, and other brand assets.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in high school, college, career training, or a related work-based learning program.
- Basic experience using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, or PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to revise work based on feedback.
- Ability to manage your time, meet deadlines, and communicate progress clearly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Location & details#
- This internship is based in San Bernardino, California.
- The role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person support needed at our office, school sites, or partner events.
- This is a paid, part-time position consisting of 200 total hours.
- The schedule is flexible based on project needs and your availability.
