About the role#
Think Academy U.S. is seeking a creative and proactive marketing intern to support content creation and growth strategy. You will help build our follower base and turn social media engagement into qualified leads. This role focuses primarily on Instagram and Facebook, with the potential to expand to other platforms like TikTok and Reddit.
What you'll do#
- Create posts, carousels, and Reels for Instagram and Facebook.
- Produce visual and video content using Canva and AI tools.
- Track key performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
- Reply to direct messages while following brand voice guidelines.
- Monitor emerging trends, formats, and audience behavior.
- Support the paid media team by creating assets and conducting A/B testing.
- Assist with content planning, scheduling, and publishing.
What you'll need#
- Fluency in Mandarin is required.
- At least 6 months of experience in social media content or a related field.
- A genuine interest in social media platforms.
- Basic graphic design knowledge, including layout and typography.
- Familiarity with Canva and AI content tools.
- Understanding of social media performance metrics.
- Strong writing, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work as a self-starter on multiple projects.
- Majors in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or Media Studies are preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a remote, part-time position (20-30 hours per week).
- Pay is $20-25 per hour.
- The term is on a rolling basis.
- CPT and OPT are accepted.
