About the role#
We are looking for a recruitment and employer branding coordinator to join our global team. You will act as our local representative in the United States, identifying top talent and managing our U.S. Instagram employer branding account. You will work closely with our China-based HR team to build our presence in North America.
What you'll do#
- Source and identify qualified candidates using local recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and provide recruitment updates to the hiring team.
- Collaborate with China-based HR and hiring teams to align on hiring needs.
- Manage the company's U.S. Instagram account by planning, creating, and publishing content that showcases company culture and career opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current residency in the United States with legal authorization to work.
- Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the U.S. job market and recruitment practices.
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or headhunting is preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required for this role.
Location & details#
- This is a fully remote, part-time position based in the United States.
- The role requires approximately 20 hours per week, with five days of work per week.
- You must be available to work during shifts aligned with Beijing time, specifically 8:00am to 12:00pm BJT or 4:00pm to 8:00pm BJT.
- Compensation is $22 to $28 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
