About the role#
Think Academy U.S is seeking a Recruiting Intern to join the HR team. This role provides hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process within the education sector. This is a full-time, on-site position based in San Jose, California.
What you'll do#
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels to build a diverse applicant pool.
- Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling, preparing materials, and collecting feedback.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and company logs.
- Assist in the development and posting of job descriptions on various platforms.
- Support HR initiatives and projects as required.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (new graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and Calendly.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, such as Greenhouse, is preferred.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
