Think Academy is seeking a RedNote Content Creation Intern to join our team in San Jose. This role focuses on developing and executing content strategies for our RedNote (Xiaohongshu) account to engage parents and students within the U.S. education market. This is a paid internship opportunity for Summer 2026 that supports CPT/OPT sponsorship.
What you'll do#
- Plan and execute content topics for our RedNote account, aligning with user needs, platform trends, and business objectives to drive engagement and conversion.
- Create high-quality content that captures platform trends, user sentiment, and hot topics while maintaining the Think Academy brand identity.
- Analyze and deconstruct successful content, including titles, covers, structure, and audience feedback, to develop and refine repeatable content creation methods.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and business teams to optimize content strategies for lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion.
- Monitor performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, engagement, and conversion rates to iterate on content strategy.
What you'll need#
- Previous experience with RedNote content creation, including account management, viral content planning, or content growth.
- A deep understanding of user pain points derived from feedback, consultations, and daily scenarios.
- Strong innovation skills with the ability to identify high-potential topics that drive discussion and emotional resonance.
- Strong data analysis skills to review content performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Preferred: Knowledge of the U.S. education industry or experience in education, family consumption, or knowledge-based content sectors.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
