About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program designed to build future leadership talent. You will work on-site in Bohemia, New York, starting in either May or June 2027. This role is a full-time position that supports our clinical labeling operations. We look for interns who show strong performance and leadership potential, as this program serves as a pipeline for future full-time opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Review upcoming jobs to ensure all materials, documentation, equipment, and processes are ready before execution.
- Partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve readiness gaps, risks, or constraints.
- Track key performance indicators and readiness activities to provide visibility into the upcoming workload.
- Support the Operational Excellence team by performing root cause analysis and developing standard work to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate actions and documentation for new or changing products, systems, and operational initiatives.
What you'll need#
- You are an undergraduate student graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
- You are pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
- You have at least 1 year of previous internship or work experience.
- You have demonstrated leadership through athletics, student organizations, volunteer work, or other campus programs.
- You can navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and solve complex problems.
- You possess strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- You are legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Bohemia, New York.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $21.50 - $28.75 per hour.
- Transportation: You must have a reliable mode of transportation to and from the work location.
