    About the role#

    This internship with 20th Television provides support to the President of the studio. You will work alongside the Chief of Staff and the Executive Assistant to ensure the President is prepared for daily operations and business goals. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of the Office of the President and gain exposure to the departments that support the studio.

    What you'll do#

    • Field phone calls, schedule meetings, and manage the President's calendar.
    • Research and compile information for travel and other logistical business needs.
    • Manage databases, including updates to Airtable, contact lists, and distribution lists.
    • Read incoming scripts and provide feedback.
    • Attend team meetings to capture notes.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Media Studies, Communications, or Business Administration.
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
    • Unrestricted work authorization.

    Location & details#

    • This is a full-time, paid internship located in Burbank, California.
    • The term runs from January 2027 through June 2027.
    • You must be available to work on-site Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm PT, for 40 hours per week.
    • You are responsible for providing your own housing in the Los Angeles area for the duration of the program.
