    About the role#

    The Disney Consumer Products Public Relations team manages communications for a wide range of categories, including toys, books, and apparel. As an intern, you will support the business across Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, and National Geographic brands. You will work with various teams and partners to help execute communication strategies.

    What you'll do#

    • Execute global integrated communications plans for major franchise initiatives and campaigns.
    • Research media trends and maintain press databases.
    • Draft, review, and proofread press materials such as releases, pitches, and media alerts.
    • Provide general support for departmental goals.
    • Act as a brand ambassador in your daily work.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
    • Previous reporting, writing, or editing experience with a professional or student publication.
    • Proficiency in Associated Press writing style.
    • Strong skills in creating Keynote decks and content.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and build working relationships.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential information.
    • Minimum age of 18 years and unrestricted work authorization.

    Location & details#

    • This is a full-time, on-site internship based in Glendale, California.
    • The term runs from January 11, 2027, to June 4, 2027.
    • This position is paid.
