About the role#
This internship program prepares you for leadership roles on and off the jobsite. You will gain hands-on experience in project engineering and field management. We match you with positions that align with your academic and career goals to help you transition into a full-time role after graduation. You will work on jobsites or in the office, supporting our estimating and preconstruction departments.
What you'll do#
- Assist project managers and field supervision staff with project coordination.
- Estimate costs for change orders.
- Solicit bidders and coordinate subcontractor activity.
- Schedule contracts and materials.
- Write RFIs and submittals.
- Participate in team meetings, safety management, and document control.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Ability to work a 12-week schedule.
- Willingness to travel across the United States.
- Availability to relocate if required by specific roles.

- Locations: Phoenix, AZ and Tucson, AZ.
- Work modality: On-site.
- This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
