About the role#
We are hiring interns for our Safety Division to work on construction projects in Dallas, Austin, and Oklahoma City. This program provides hands-on experience in field management and safety operations. Our goal is to prepare you for future leadership roles within the company. This is a paid, full-time position with a minimum duration of 12 weeks.
What you'll do#
- Work with the on-site safety manager and staff to manage company safety programs.
- Conduct field safety walks to monitor site conditions.
- Assist with safety orientations for new employees on their first day.
- Prepare accident and incident reports.
- Coordinate project safety programs with subcontractors.
- Ensure all company safety policies are understood and followed by personnel on the jobsite.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor degree is preferred.
- Ability to commit to a 12-week work schedule is preferred.
- Willingness to relocate is required for some roles.

- Locations: Dallas, TX; Austin, TX; Oklahoma City, OK.
- Work modality: On-site.
