About the role#
The Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship (CIE) is looking for a Work Study student to help grow our entrepreneurship programs. You will work with our Graduate Assistant and professional staff to engage students and promote campus activities. This role provides hands-on experience in marketing, social media, and event management while you build your professional network.
What you'll do#
- Create digital marketing content including graphics, videos, and reels.
- Manage and schedule social media content for CIE and Jolt accounts.
- Promote programs, events, and competitions through creative campaigns.
- Capture photos and videos for future use.
- Attend and participate in CIE events, such as competitions and speaker sessions.
- Support event planning and execution.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives and assist with administrative tasks.
What you'll need#
- Federal Work Study eligibility.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfort creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in entrepreneurship.
- A flexible schedule with the willingness to attend occasional evening events.
- Preferred but not required: experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
- Preferred majors include Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration, or Graphic Design.

- This position is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
- The role is on-site and part-time.
- This is a paid position with rolling enrollment.
