About the role#
K9s For Warriors is looking for a Marketing Intern to assist with external communications and marketing efforts. You will support the Revenue team by gathering content, designing graphics, and editing materials for social media and print. This role helps maintain our brand identity while working alongside other departments and our dogs.
What you'll do#
- Create social media videos and copy to reach our online audience.
- Gather, design, and edit content for social media, advertising, and event campaigns.
- Analyze social media data and research market trends to find new opportunities.
- Maintain the digital asset library.
- Coordinate projects with the Revenue team and other departments.
- Complete special graphic design projects and general office tasks.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft programs, and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of marketing and social media best practices.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.

- This is an on-site, part-time position based in Ponte Vedra, Florida.
- Work hours are Monday through Friday.
- This is a paid internship.
About K9s For Warriors
K9s For Warriors is a non-profit organization founded in 2011. It provides service dogs to military veterans who live with PTSD, traumatic brain injury, or military sexual trauma. The organization rescues dogs to help veterans recover. It operates four facilities including locations in Ponte Vedra, Florida and Helotes, Texas. The staff size ranges from 51 to 200 employees.
