About the role#
As a Donor Growth Intern, you will focus on building relationships to support the mission of Dynamic Catholic. This role is designed to help you develop professional skills in fundraising, communication, and relationship management. You will work directly with our supporters to help re-energize the Catholic Church in America.
What you'll do#
- Engage with Dynamic Catholic Ambassadors through phone calls and email.
- Invite supporters to contribute monthly donations.
- Master the techniques and strategies of fundraising.
- Build professional communication and relationship management skills.
What you'll need#
- A background in sales, fundraising, customer service, or evangelization.
- A self-starter mindset with a competitive spirit.
- The ability to embrace change and remain flexible.
- A commitment to seeking feedback and professional growth.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing.

- This position is based on-site in Cincinnati, Ohio.
- This is a paid, part-time internship.
- Hiring is conducted on a rolling basis.
