About the role#
The Athletics Department at The University of Tulsa is hiring a student assistant to support the Athletic Director and the administrative team. This position involves handling daily business operations, organizing departmental records, and helping with event logistics. You will interact with coaches, staff, and student-athletes while gaining experience in athletic administration.
What you'll do#
- Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations.
- Prepare materials for staff meetings, events, and student-athlete programs.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and physical files.
- Assist with purchasing and other business processes.
- Provide customer service to visitors, coaches, and staff.
- Support special events and leadership development initiatives.
- Perform data entry and reporting as needed.
