About the role#
The University of Tulsa is hiring a Workstudy student to assist with Equipment Operations for the Women's Basketball team. This role provides direct support to coaching staff and office personnel to ensure team operations run smoothly.
What you'll do#
- Handle clerical and administrative tasks for the office.
- Assist with operational duties related to equipment, team care, and marketing systems.
- Support the coaching staff with recruiting tasks, including data entry and the preparation of communication packets.
- Maintain and organize lists and spreadsheets for team activities.
What you'll need#
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to effectively monitor and communicate with student-athletes, coaches, and staff.
- Punctuality and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and articulate program needs.
- Knowledge of sport-specific equipment is helpful but not required.
