    About the role#

    The Center for Teaching and Learning at the University of New Mexico is hiring a Student Resource Representative for the Fall 2026 term. This role serves as a primary point of contact for students, staff, and faculty, connecting the community to academic services and support. This is a paid, part-time position that offers a hybrid work environment.

    What you'll do#

    • Act as a resource to connect the community with academic services.
    • Provide customer service to students, staff, and faculty.
    • Manage information and coordinate appointments between tutors and users.
    • Use the internal computer system to schedule appointments.
    • Handle general office tasks, such as data entry and word processing.
    • Maintain the organization of center locations and support both in-person and online services.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in at least 6 credit hours at the University of New Mexico in a degree-seeking program.
    • Ability to maintain acceptable academic standing while progressing toward your degree.
    • Availability to work between 10 and 25 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
    • Attendance at pre-semester training and weekly Friday training sessions from 3pm to 5pm.
    • Preference is given to students with open availability and those with work-study eligibility.
    • Preferred majors include Communications or Business Administration.
