About the role#
The Rentals Intern supports the logistics and operations for events at Explora. You will work under the supervision of the Rentals Manager to provide service for internal and external clients. This role requires availability on evenings and weekends as needed.
What you'll do#
- Book rental services for clients.
- Set up and tear down event spaces based on Work Orders.
- Assist with moving furniture and equipment.
- Serve as a point of contact for event vendors.
- Help maintain equipment.
- Participate in security operations, including fire alarm procedures and emergency responses.
- Answer questions and solve problems as they arise during events.
What you'll need#
- A current Work-Study Award.
- The ability to learn and use Google Suites and Cogran.
- Experience working both independently and as part of a team.
- A professional appearance for client interactions.

- Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico.
- Work modality: On-site.
- This is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
