About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Bloomington, Minnesota. The program runs from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027. You must be available for the full duration of these dates. This position is on-site and does not offer visa sponsorship.
What you'll do#
- Support the ongoing development of the Quality Management System.
- Build and improve Quality Power BI reporting tools.
- Collaborate with manufacturing facilities to standardize quality processes.
- Observe and shadow internal QMS audits.
What you'll need#
- An engineering major is preferred.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products including Word, Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- A solid understanding of statistics and their practical application.
- Proficiency in coding is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A self-starting mindset.
