About the role#
The Recording Academy is seeking a graphic design student for a Fall 2026 internship. This paid, part-time position offers an opportunity to gain training in marketing communications while supporting the Creative Services team. The internship runs from September 8, 2026, to December 11, 2026, and requires a commitment of 20 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Assist with design work for the Grammy Nominations live announcement and the Grammy Awards campaign.
- Prepare files for production and implement branding across collateral, digital campaigns, presentations, and social media assets.
- Collaborate with the Creative Services team on various marketing and media products, including video animations, web design, and newsletters.
- Work remotely during regular business hours, with the requirement to attend occasional in-person meetings.
- Maintain high quality and brand consistency while working under tight deadlines.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university as a sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate student.
- One year of coursework in a related field, such as Graphic Design, Communications, Media Studies, or Art, is preferred.
- A letter from your school confirming that you will receive college credit for this internship.
- Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, PowerPoint, and Word.
- A demonstrated interest in music and a commitment to a career in the recording industry.
- Access to a personal laptop for remote work.

- This position is remote, based in the United States, with occasional in-person requirements in Santa Monica, California.
- This is a paid, part-time internship (20 hours per week).
