About the role#
As a Site Civil Engineering Co-Op, you will work with experienced engineers on projects across industrial, corporate, healthcare, retail, transportation, and mixed-use markets. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in West Chester, Ohio for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Draft and design construction drawings for various projects.
- Build proficiency in design and CAD software.
- Organize your tasks to maximize your contribution and professional growth.
- Work within a team and learn how to interact with clients to provide value.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Civil Engineering degree program.
- A desire to work in a collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems, ask questions, and present your ideas.
- Eagerness to learn AutoCAD and create model-based designs in Civil 3D.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Willingness to learn project management software.
