About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Site Civil Engineering Co-Op position for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will work alongside experienced engineers to draft and design construction drawings for projects across industrial, corporate, healthcare, retail, transportation, and mixed-use markets.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Civil Engineering degree program.
- A desire to work in a collaborative environment.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems and ask questions.
- Ability to communicate and present ideas.
- Eagerness to learn AutoCAD and create model-based designs in Civil 3D.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Willingness to learn project management software.
