About the role#
This is a paid, full-time co-op position for Winter 2027. You will work on-site in Westerville, Ohio. You will join a team of experienced engineers to support projects across industrial, corporate, healthcare, retail, transportation, and mixed-use markets.
What you'll do#
- Draft and design construction drawings for various projects.
- Gain proficiency in design and CAD software.
- Organize your tasks to support your professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with team members and learn how the firm interacts with clients to provide value.
- Develop your technical skills to reach your potential.
- Work positively with your team and have fun.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Civil Engineering degree program.
- A desire to work in a collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A habit of solving problems and asking questions.
- Ability to communicate and present your ideas.
- Eagerness to learn AutoCAD and create model-based designs in Civil 3D.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Willingness to learn project management software.
