About the role#
The Personal Lines Data Analyst internship is a 10-week summer program based in Worcester, Massachusetts. You will work with the Personal Line State Management Analytics group to support business goals through data-driven insights. This is a full-time, paid position that offers a hybrid work arrangement.
What you'll do#
- Analyze business trends, performance metrics, and operational data to identify opportunities.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Use SQL to collect, extract, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Summarize information and communicate your findings in writing and verbally to internal partners.
- Create and present a final project to management at the end of the summer.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelors or advanced degree program, preferably in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Experience with SQL and Excel.
- Proficiency in Power BI (preferred) or Tableau.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to commit to a full-time 10-week program.
