About the role#
As an Environmental Consulting Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting environmental site investigations, groundwater monitoring, and subsurface exploration projects. You will work alongside experienced consultants to help clients navigate environmental challenges and regulatory requirements during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Participate in environmental fieldwork on rivers and waterways, including extensive boat-based activities.
- Travel to project sites to perform environmental sampling, geologic logging, and field documentation.
- Conduct aquifer testing, surface water discharge gauging, surveying, and contractor oversight.
- Support projects related to geology, hydrogeology, and surface water hydrology.
- Perform quantitative analysis of hydrologic and hydrogeologic data.
- Manage geologic and environmental data and complete reporting tasks in coordination with your project team.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
