About the role#
As a Mechanical Packaging Systems Engineering Intern, you will work with our team in Green Bay to learn how products move from production to packaging. You will support the design and optimization of packaging systems for various industrial clients. This role involves working with multidisciplinary teams on projects that include automation technologies, material handling systems, and production line improvements.
What you'll do#
- Support the design, evaluation, and improvement of packaging systems and production lines.
- Assist with packaging line assessments and the development of engineering recommendations.
- Create engineering deliverables such as equipment specifications, layouts, and testing plans.
- Perform engineering analysis and calculations to support project design and execution.
- Participate in equipment testing, commissioning, and startup activities.
- Gain experience through site visits and travel to client and vendor facilities.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Technology from an ABET-accredited program.
- Previous experience or coursework involving basic level AutoCAD Mechanical 2D functions.
- A GPA of 3.0 or greater.

- This is an on-site, full-time position for Summer 2027.
