About the role#
FADER Label is seeking interns for the Fall 2026 program. This is a hands-on, mentorship-driven experience focused on how an independent label builds campaigns, grows audiences, and discovers new artists. You will work in one of two tracks: Digital or Marketing. This role is structured as an educational experience with close supervision and defined learning goals.
What you'll do#
- Support content calendars and posting workflows.
- Pitch short-form concepts for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
- Support campaign timelines, rollout planning, and asset organization.
- Research competitors, fan insights, and culture moments relevant to new releases.
- Help assemble internal decks and post-campaign recaps.
- Assist with coordination across creative, digital, and distribution teams.
- Track performance metrics and summarize findings.
What you'll need#
- Strong interest in music, culture, and emerging artists.
- Excellent organization and clear communication skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and reliable work style.
- Familiarity with Spotify, Apple Music, and social media tools.
- Current enrollment in a college or university with the ability to receive academic credit.
- Bonus skills include experience with CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, Adobe, writing, playlisting, DJing, or producing.
