About the role#
The Reliability Co-op/Intern supports the Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) team. You will work on real-world projects to ensure the long-term performance of customer assets. This role provides direct exposure to reliability engineering within a global organization through data analysis, reporting, and software support.
What you'll do#
- Collect, clean, and analyze reliability data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in the development of reliability test plans and maintenance procedures.
- Participate in root cause analysis and failure investigations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reliability improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders on project progress and metrics.
- Maintain databases and documentation for reliability testing.
- Handle general support tasks as assigned by the Reliability Manager.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university program, such as Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently with guidance and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Ability to obtain a Canadian NATO Secret clearance and eligibility for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.
- Eligibility to obtain authorization for access to technical information controlled under the Canadian Export Control List or US Export Administration Regulations.
- Preferred: Experience with Jira Kanban boards, MS SharePoint, defense contracts, military assets, or AI-based data gathering tools.
