About the role#
The AppSec Product Support Intern will join the global Customer Success Team to gain hands-on experience in cybersecurity. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to organizational objectives while developing professional skills in a collaborative environment. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Respond to customer inquiries using Service Now.
- Manage the support team ticketing queue, including the assignment of cases and tasks.
- Observe, analyze, and propose suggestions for process improvements and reporting.
- Contribute to department goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Gain practical experience working within the cybersecurity field.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a degree program for Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or Data Science.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to document technical issues for escalation.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner.
- Displays maturity, sound judgment, and enthusiasm.
Location & details#
- This is a remote position based in the United States, preferably within the Central Standard Time (CST) zone.
- This role is full-time, Monday through Friday.
- The internship term is on a rolling basis.
