About the role#
As a Visualization intern, you will join the Design Studio to create pre-rendered and real-time photorealistic automotive and product imagery. You will produce animations, digital assets, and virtual environments that support global projects. This is a full-time, on-site internship.
What you'll do#
- Render high-quality, photorealistic advertising content.
- Collaborate with leadership to provide art direction for visual imagery.
- Build realistic and fictitious digital assets and virtual environments.
- Optimize CAD data and assets for production.
- Assist with environmental atmospheric and lighting setups.
- Develop materials and textures using PBR pipelines.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program related to Digital Production.
- Technical and artistic knowledge of Unreal Engine.
- Foundational understanding of animation, film, cinematography, or photography.
- Familiarity with PBR-based workflows.
- A strong eye for color, visual composition, and lighting.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Resourceful, organized, and proactive communication skills.
- A portfolio or personal website is required for all applications.
- Preferred: Experience with Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, Zbrush, or Photoshop.
- Preferred: Knowledge of character rigging, animation, or photogrammetry.
Location & details#
- Location: Hawthorne, California.
- Terms: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027.
- Commitment: Full-time, 40 hours per week, on-site.
- Compensation: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour plus benefits.
