About the role#
We are looking for a Supply Chain Intern to join our team during a phase of growth. You will support the lifecycle of technology assets, component sourcing, and data center infrastructure logistics. You will work with engineering, finance, and operations teams to support our business objectives.
What you'll do#
- Assist with vendor onboarding and coordinate communication with technology vendors, component manufacturers, and cloud infrastructure partners.
- Support order receiving, tracking, and inventory management of high-value hardware assets from procurement to deployment.
- Analyze current supply chain processes to identify efficiency and optimization opportunities for global hardware logistics and data center deliveries.
- Track and report on global market trends, pricing, and lead times for semiconductor components to support purchasing strategies.
- Assist Accounting and Finance teams with cashflow forecasting, budgeting, and invoice management.
- Shadow the Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Director to gain exposure to strategic procurement, vendor negotiation, and global supply chain leadership.
- Take ownership of small initiatives and projects that help build redundancy and agility into our growing global supply chain network.
What you'll need#
- You are a Junior or Senior college student currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Strong proficiency in Excel with an analytical mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A strong interest in Supply Chain Management within a technology or engineering environment.
- Previous exposure to or familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite is a plus.
- A basic understanding of procurement functions, vendor management, or hardware lifecycles.
- Enthusiasm for AI infrastructure, data centers, or semiconductor technology.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship based on-site in Las Vegas, Nevada.
- The term for this role is Summer 2027.
- All offers are contingent upon identity verification and work authorization in the United States.
