About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Irvine, California. We are looking for a student or recent graduate to join our team on a rolling basis. You will work on-site to help shape our gaming operations and strategy for the North American market.
What you'll do#
- Propose event formats and monetization strategies that fit local player habits.
- Participate in local user research and help turn player feedback into game improvements.
- Recommend user-generated content gameplay modes to increase player engagement.
What you'll need#
- You are an avid gamer with deep experience in mainstream FPS titles.
- You have a strong grasp of the North American gaming market.
- You can distill player observations into actionable insights.
- You are able to identify and report on competitor designs and data trends.
- You communicate well across different teams and departments.
- You are a fast learner who adapts quickly to new tasks.
- Pursuing a degree in Communications, Media Studies, Psychology, or Business Administration is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Irvine, California (On-site).
- Compensation: The base pay range is $24.81 to $42.70 per hour.
- Benefits: This role includes paid sick leave and 13 paid holidays. Full-time interns may also enroll in the company-sponsored medical plan.
