About the role#
The Commercial Banking Summer Internship Program is a 10-week, non-rotational experience designed to provide insight into the business while strengthening core skills for your future career. You will support the Small Business Banking team and clients by performing analysis, contributing to product management, and assisting with daily operations. This role is a full-time, paid position located in New York, New York.
What you'll do#
- Support product development and management initiatives.
- Perform analysis to identify and address opportunities for product enhancement.
- Develop strategies for support issues, including SWOT analyses and business cases.
- Identify training gaps and create materials to address them.
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support ad hoc projects as business needs arise.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Must be work authorized in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for employer sponsorship.
