About the role#
As an intern on the Direct Investing Product, Strategy & National Office team, you will support strategic client engagement and acquisition initiatives. You will work under the Senior Manager of Strategic Insights & Analysis to provide data-driven decision support. This position involves analytical work, process development, and project execution to help the business grow.
What you'll do#
- Use client segmentation to support targeted growth initiatives and engagement tactics.
- Analyze structured data and summarize key findings into concise communications for executive leadership.
- Work with Data & Analytics teams across Wealth, Marketing, and Phone Channel to solve business issues.
- Assist with the execution of regular reporting, campaign fulfillment, and non-standard pricing processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and better documentation.
What you'll need#
- Familiarity with self-directed investing platforms.
- Experience with data extraction, manipulation, and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, Alteryx, or Tableau.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to create business documents and presentations.
- Strong communication skills to explain insights clearly.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Statistics.

- This is a full-time, paid internship for the Winter 2027 term.
- The role is based on-site in Toronto, Ontario.
