About the role#
TC Energy is hiring Engineering Interns in Charleston, West Virginia, for the summer of 2027. You will work across various engineering disciplines and business areas to support the safe and reliable delivery of energy across North America. This position offers the chance to apply your academic knowledge to real-world projects while working alongside experienced professionals.
What you'll do#
- Support diverse engineering disciplines and business functions.
- Contribute to projects that connect people, communities, and industries to essential energy.
- Apply classroom learning to practical, real-world tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to support energy infrastructure operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited Engineering degree program, such as Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering.
- Completion of at least one academic term before the start date in May 2027.
- Commitment to returning to full-time studies immediately after the internship.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the term.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to analyze information and manage multiple tasks.
- A focus on safety and a commitment to continuous improvement.
